Drake Roberts serves as Senior Project Manager for RSC Riverside Construction at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), where he oversees all project execution, scheduling, and forecasting. In this role, Drake manages more than 400 projects annually, ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and timely delivery across a fast‑paced aviation construction environment.
With over a decade of project management experience, Drake brings a deep and diverse background to his role. He previously served as a project manager in both the oil field and roofing industries, where he developed a strong foundation in large‑scale operations, risk management, and team coordination. This broad industry experience enables him to effectively manage complex projects while adapting to the unique demands of airport construction.
Drake is known for his strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple projects without compromising quality or safety. His hands‑on approach and attention to detail play a critical role in maintaining RSC Riverside’s high standards and consistent performance at Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Outside of his professional career, Drake is an accomplished former college baseball player who continues to stay connected to the sport through coaching. He actively coaches youth and high school baseball, using the game to mentor young athletes and instill values of discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
