Isaiah Vigil is a Project Manager and Estimator for RSC Riverside Construction, where he oversees and manages projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). With a strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and attention to detail, Isaiah plays a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects in one of the nation’s busiest aviation environments.
Isaiah’s career with RSC Riverside Construction is a true example of dedication and growth. He began working with the company in high school as a site clean-up helper, gaining hands-on experience in field operations and learning the fundamentals of construction from the ground up. Through years of commitment, reliability, and continuous learning, he steadily advanced through the organization to his current role as Project Manager and Estimator, now overseeing and estimating many RSC Riverside projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Prior to his construction career, Isaiah was a high school and college athlete, an experience that helped shape his discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills—qualities he brings to every project he manages. His ability to perform under pressure, communicate effectively, and lead diverse teams has contributed to his success in both athletics and construction management.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Isaiah is currently enrolled in the highly selective United Airlines Aviate Program where he is pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot. His participation in this prestigious program reflects his commitment to excellence, precision, and continuous personal and professional development.
